Church COUNCIL
Ministry is a team effort. From our Church Council to the volunteer teams within each ministry, Grace Lutheran Church is led by teams. This provides stronger leadership through stability, complementary strengths/weaknesses, decisions made with broader perspective, and greater accountability.
Our Church Council is comprised of a group of volunteers nominated from within our Church community, recommended by current board members, and adopted at our annual Church meeting. They each live their lives as an example to all members of Grace and work to shepherd the affairs of the Church in close partnership with Senior Pastor Chris Tweitmann.

GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH BY-LAWS (PDF)
" If anyone sets his heart on being an overseer, he desires a noble task. Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect. (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?)"
1 Timothy 3:1-6
